Yesterday I was frantically working in my office to get ready for closing, when a resident barged in, walked past my desk and gave me a huge hug. She said "I just wanted to say goodbye, because I'm leaving on Friday and I don't know if I'll see you." She went on to say "this year has had it's ups and downs, but I have really grown a lot." I
