It'll be interesting to see what they do with it... certainly there's a lot of material to work from.

I always used to say I wished they'd buy the rights to a LotR theme park. CityWalk/Orlando has a huge tower with a searchlight beacon in it that I always jokingly referred to as the Eye of Sauron.

It seems all the really great stuff ends up getting looked over for building theme parks around - let's hope they take this and really run with it.
