Last year, the SO and I started talking about a business convention in Las Vegas. We had some minor issues with this in our recently concluded trip to Germany and Czech Republic. My wife Russet kept her last name when we got married (and congrats on that! It can be quite awesome.) and we had an agreement that if we had children that males would have my last name and females hers. I think we were given twin beds in Berlin because the Hilton didn't think that we were a couple.

You're absolutely right, their software really needs an update to allow the customer to say who should be primary on their account. It's inexcusable.
