A Rec and a Rant

There is some highly awesome excellently written Gerard/Lyn-Z porn over here. slight BDSM themes and ladies in strap-ons! it's hot. trust me.

now the rant.

The new Jane Eyre movie.

Let me say, I am RIDICULOUSLY excited for this. Jane Eyre is one of my favorite books ever on the planet. I really love everything Mia Wasikowska touches, and i'm excited to see her as Jane.

However, I am confused by something. on IMDB the cast is listed in the order of billing. ok, awesome. but.

Why is Reverend St John listed before Mr Rochester? Rochester is your main male lead in this story.

Where, you may be asking, on the list is Rochester billed? on the main IMDB page he's nowhere to be found.  You don't see the actor playing Rochester unless you click to see the full cast list, which is then in order of cast credited. Where is Rochester then?

23rd character listed, Rochester is played by Michael Fassbender. Billed waaaaaaaaaaaay after the castmembers playing Helen Burns and Brocklehurst. I AM CONFUSED.

now, I know Fassbender isn't the most well known actor in a cast that includes judy dench. that's fine. I would almost think maybe they were credited in order of appearance? except, no. St John isn't in the damn story until long after Rochester, and he's billed second.

WHAT SORT OF NONSENSE IS THIS?

I mean, it doesn't mean anything and it's stupid for me to get all bent out of shape about it, but in no way does it make sense. it may just be IMDB being stupid, which has been known to happen. it's probably the case.

In other news! My dad is sending me $500 for the down payment on my kit for paul mitchell. I find out Saturday the amount of my grants and loans, which is looking to be WAY more than enough to cover tuition in full, and I sign my contract for enrollment in the next week or so.

I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED IT IS RIDICULOUS. I'll start school in the beginning of May. YAAAAAAAAAAY SCHOOL! :DDDDDDDDDDDD

schoolstuffs, porn!, my opinion counts!(really!), recs, ramble ramble rant rant
