you should never hate who you are, only what youve become.
sometimes we need to change and start over, it doesnt mean we were horrible before, it means we made mistakes, were learning from them, and well do better next time. making mistakes is what makes you a better person, as long as you learn from them and dont dwell on them. i had a guy tell me that i wasnt allowed to be on his team in gym yesterday, because i had over 40% of body fat. at first , i was upset, but then, i realized, who is he to make me think that im worthless? obviously im better off than him because i feel confident withought being that mean..
