Is it just me or does it seem like the year is flying? I can't believe it's almost October. Though I'm glad because that's my favorite month. Yay for cooler weather, leaves and Halloween

Ah, dogs. Wonderful little pains in the asses, aren't they? Sometimes I think about getting a second one and then I think, "WHAT? Are you CRAZY???" :P I don't know how you do it. How far apart are Sammy and Libby in age?
Well, for starters, I no longer take them both out at the same time. We go out one at a time, so I can have some semblance of control over them. :-P And I got those pronged choke collars, which have helped a *lot*. Other than that... lots and lots of patience. And seeing their adorable faces when they're being lovey is so worth it. lol. It helps that they get along with each other. My parents have two dogs that hate each other. Sammy and Libby could never be separated. They loooove each other. :-) Oh, and they're about a year and a half apart, I think. That sounds about right. Libby's so the boss of Sammy, even though he's twice her size. She helps keep him in line. lol.
Oh! And freaking Sammy is 115 pounds now! That's only six pounds less than the INTERN at work! Hahahahah...
I keep telling myself that if I'm going to get another one, I have to wait until the first one is under control. But sometimes I think he'll never grow up -- he'll forever be a puppy at heart.
"freaking Sammy is 115 pounds now!"
Holy crap! Kage maxed at 102, and that was when I let him gain a little winter fat. And he's strong enough that when I stand on one of his blankets, he can drag me across the sundeck easy.
