Down 14 pounds. Hell yeah! :-D

Well, family just left after almost a week visiting me. I'm kind of sad. It's always good to see them. Although it will be nice to have my apartment back to myself, and be able to sleep in my bed again. And to sleep later than 8. :-P But it was a nice time. The time has come for me to get off my butt. I need exercise, and I need a change in my diet. So starting Thursday ('cause I can't start on my days off, and I need to get groceries), no more fast food. I'd already cut way back, but it needs to go away completely. Well, busy, busy, busy as usual, but man, I've posted the last chapter of Lies of the Heart, and I feel like this great weight has been lifted. lol.
