Xanax dreams.

A weird pattern here. Since the Levoxyl makes the Ambien ineffective, we've been taking Xanax with it....and every time we take enough Xanax to sleep, we have very vivid dreams that Lige is crying and crying about something very tragic. I can't help but wonder if perhaps medication isn't a good thing for you. For example, if I take Xanax it helps a great deal. I sleep better, I don't have nightmares and I do better in general just dealing with life. But in your case it seems that what might be good for some of you is not good for all of you. Do you know what would happen if you didn't take medication? Would that be a bad thing overall?
