I think this has sort of been an obvious long-time-coming kind of thing. It was fun and I want to thank everyone who commented to this journal, especially in the times when I was writing too much for my own fucking good. I appreciate the kind words more than you know. I especially want to thank Katy and Gary for being the best wife and hetero life partner that anyone could ever ask for in an RP. I have no doubt I'll haunt you from beyond the grave and try to subject you to shitty reality singing competitions. And Gary, we never did get around to watching Blade Runner so I'm holding you to that too.
If anyone is interested in playing him, I would like to pick my replacement because even though I was an imperfect Russell to say the very least, he's fantastic in so many ways that I'd really like to see him in good hands. I'm not anywhere else at MBP but I know that this place is a blackhole so who knows, maybe someday. I'll remove people eventually; if you want to stay, let me know.
I didn't do his writing justice because my vocabulary is not even remotely as rich and dexterous as his so I suggest that you read his books to get a sense of someone who really did return from the brink and turned his life around. I realize that everyone says some final plug for the person they played but I just wanted to get that one in there.
And now I can finally use my Z again. Being fake British is hard work, yo.
