So people told me that people in law school would get really petty after grades were posted, but its ridiculous how true that is. I don't really think its that important. The girls I happened to study with last semester didn't do as well as me, and now they have basically kicked me out of our study group because they want to "even it out

Law school is famous for a high concentration of wankstas, but I promise there are must be people there who aren't crazy douches. My mom met her bff in law school, so it's got to be possible to meet people willing to be something other then just another rival.

These assholes will get what's coming to them in the long run though, because you just can't treat everyone like that and expect to have a happy life. Even if you're making "the big bucks", what's the point if you make people want to hit you in the face?

Just for everyone's information, I've been trying to convince Brandy to play cruel pranks on this person, but to no avail. She has maintained her class, and will get back in much more subtle psychological ways.

Also, recently my microcosm of friends in KY have started pronouncing 'douches' as 'dowches', with the "ch" being a hard sound, as in 'child' or 'chuck norris' . Try it, it's addictive.

its as a research assistant in a firm that handles white collar crime for politicians and stuff. It would be really interesting, but I'd have to have an additional, college-type job on the side to pay my bills.

it's in Raleigh. If I can't find a paid position will probably take it, but I am hoping to find something that at least offers a stipend.
