i have not been graced with the honor of meeting Brandy, but from our exchanges online it is plainly evident that she knows far more of dharma than even she might suspect.
i hope most sincerely that on occasion she finds comfort, truth or at least food for thought in my posts.

Do not try to destroy the outer world-just let it be.
Instead quiet the inner mind
until it is as it was before you were born.
Do not take your demons as lovers or make your lovers into demons.
Would you make the Buddha a demon by taking him as a lover
or would a mere glance behind your eyes slay his demons?
