I hate to admit I need to do 1 and 2. I've tried my hand at 3 and this year failed miserably. I harvested some items, but I still need to learn how to 'winter' things, dry them or whatever to keep them through the winter months. I also know nothing about fall/winter gardening.

I'm pulling my beets to make borsch at least.
