BTW, is there anything you can do about the colours these comments show up in? I find the black-on-brown some of them show up in very hard to read; in fact, I sometimes have to highlight them to make them out.

Yeah, it occurred to me yesterday that you and Daniel had been talking about the 20th. Yay me...
