My poor Ianto - where's he headed off to to find help?

(I'm with young Ianto on the reheated pasta - when I was a kid I'd cut mine into little bites and then swallow them whole with a gulp of milk. Never chewed a thing so I didn't have to taste it - actually it was the texture that I couldn't stand, the homemade meat sauce was pretty good.)
