With various interests you might not be as good at any one thing than someone who devotes their entire life to it. But you will be a better, more rounded person because of this. And in the end your various interests end up helping you to have unique ideas, and solve problems from a different prespective. I truly worry about people who are too focused on one thing.
If you haven't you should read "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynmann!". He was one of the most brilliant theoretical physicists ever, he had a wide range of odd hobbies and interests, which helped him approach physics with a fresh and intuitive prospective. He liked samba, going to strip clubs, sensory deprivation, lock picking, drawing, hieroglyphics and possibly LSD.
I know that before I went to grad school, I looked back on my undergrad education, and it seemed very fragmented. I didn't feel like I really knew how to "do anything". Don't worry. This is normal. It takes you a while to put all the pieces together.

...that's really the only thing I really wanted to say, other than to let you know that I read your whole post and hope you have fun camping and that you aren't stupid and that if you do decide to quit let me know and maybe we can start a bakery together somewhere.
