great job! I am in fact going to be able to mark off an item from my list with today's activities! Which reminds me, I really need to update it bc it's been a couple of months!

yeah but this thing helped me overcome some pretty significant hurdles though it looks so simple. It felt good to revisit this last night and realize how many things we've done. It also reminds me what areas I need to focus on more (like my marriage)
