Hugging this character: Yes
Non-sexual touching: Yes
Kissing this character: Only if it's on the cheek or the forehead. He's in a kid's form.
Injuring this character: Very difficult, but if your character can wield extremely destructive magic or high level holy magic, then yes. Slapping/punching/kicking

Mind control: No. Nagi has good shields in place from an old teammate preventing that from happening.
Kill: If it makes sense for a plot, sure
Manipulate while dead: sure

For likesweiners:
Anything goes if there's a reason for it.

They both have permission posts of their own. Kia actually has 2.

Can Phibrizzo use mind control on your character? No, I'd like to keep their free will intact.

Can Phibrizzo kill your character? Not really keen on killing either of them, so no.

If your character is killed in game by Phibrizzo or someone else, can he manipulate their soul/monster form to do his bidding until the Core brings them back? If I ever change my mind about the killing thing: Yes!

If your character is dead/undead, or otherwise has something unusual going on with their soul/mortality/etc., can Phibrizzo sense it? Absolutely! Also, since Hitsugaya was a Rukongai soul, Phibrizzo is free to notice that he's technically dead/has experienced death.

1. Can Phibrizzo use mind control on your character?
Soul keeps a rather cool head even in dire situations, and he's had enough practice resisting the Madness Wavelength back home so I'd say mind control is out for him.
Snow has a decent amount of willpower, given that he forced his own way out from Orphan's illusion by sheer will alone. Another no.
Usopp on the other hand regularly suffers from low self esteem due to being the weakest member of his crew and is basically a coward at heart. I'd be interested to plot something with him >3

2. Can Phibrizzo kill your character?
No for all three.

3. If your character is killed in game by Phibrizzo or someone else, can he manipulate their soul/monster form to do his bidding until the Core brings them back?
