That's hilarious. I just learned that an internship I'm looking into will be difficult . . . but that doesn't dampen my enthusiam either.

It is the truth. All of it. My advice/words of wisdom:

-Indian toilets are much more sanitary to use than European ones

-buy one of those travel toilet paper things (charmin?) and carry it at all times. The toilet paper there is plastic-y and often dispensed by an Indian woman for a fee.

-when people ask where you're from, say "America." If you say "United States" they will get confused.

-"nahi" (Hindi) is much more powerful than "no"

-beware massages.

Kinda wish I had taken up this opportunity to go with Pareena too. You'll love it. Or hate it. Who knows.

My advice... India has the unique ability to make all Westerners snap and start yelling or throwing things or going crazy within a few days. Don't worry. It's just the way we are. Let it pass. The more I think about it, the more super jealous I am of this opportunity... boo.
