The honesty of it is reminiscent of Floridian forecasts. I think we talked about this when you were down, but our climate is so much the same day after day that the weatherman can pretty much just say, "Well, I'm about 100% sure it's gonna rain today, but I'll just go ahead and say 30% because I'm not quite sure what time of day."
