Wow, two dreams of flying in two nights. The night before last, in my dream I was walking across a snowy mountain with my dad and a few other people. so I am sitting here looking at stock photo sites, looking for cover images for our Dec, Jan and Feb issues. It just felt so surreal all of a sudden, looking at hundreds of pictures of smiling kids playing in the snow, or opening presents, etc, while I am listening to Christian Death.

I don't think I ever mentioned, when I was on vacation last month, driving through Amish country in Philadelphia, I saw a marquis above a crappy-looking bar in a strip mall, announcing a band called SYNNR.

I love that kind of stuff.

I got my $80 back from the property manager with zero hassle. And on top of that, She gave me an assigned parking space for my motorcycle without even asking. So now I have 2 assigned spots; cool.

apparantly i still have game, sort of. i went out to the broken record last night for the grand re-launch of my friends' DJ night called "plastic rats". a really cute girl struck up a conversation with me, just pleasant small talk about siblings, skiing and stuff. i was wearing my long red and black scarf. i just realized i was wearing that scarf ( Read more... )
