my roommate's mother, father, and sister all have Celiac disease (all diagnosed at different times). I just thought i'd tell you that since they've been on the non-gluten diet, they've all had great success with feeling better both mentally and physically. So, if you do in fact have it, I just thought i'd tell you that while being on the diet doesn't sound like fun at first, it does seem to have good results. and, i'm learning how many gluten-free foods are out there (risotto doesn't have any!).
