Sakura-san, this is rather sudden, but if you're telling the truth, I'd like to collaborate with you on something.

We may have, once or twice, or we may not have. My memory isn't the best.

My name is Watari Yutaka. I'm a scientist more than a doctor by trade, but I've been working to treat a man with symptoms similar to Ukitake-san's, if from a different source. The expertise of someone more versed in medicine and healing might...

...Well.

If I'm to be honest about the situation, it might save his life. I've pinpointed the issues, know how to slow down the damage and reverse a little of it with time, but...

You have a disease called tuberculosis and from what I've read it consumes from the inside meaning it's loads of bad bacteria in your body. The only true way to fight it is some kind of medicine called "anti-bacteria" and even that will take up to six months. Luckily I specialize in a painless way of extracting bad things from the body and I can identify the bad bacteria easily even if there's enough.

It should take up three days procedure-wise but once all the bad bacteria is gone...it won't reproduce.
