I love that it's Sam that never managed to settle down and continued to hunt. Sam and Dean are others hunters' Bobby now. I can't wait until tomorrow's installment.

I love the way you've taken note of the growing changes in their characters to present a vision of the future that reverses the way their future might have gone if they had been the same people they were in the first season. But they are not. After going to hell, I could see Dean being the one ready for roots. After someone going to hell for him, I could see Sam being the one never ready to leave the fight. For me, this really works.

Love this one, especially the last paragraph, the way its all exactly the same as if they are 25 again... and Oh! He went back to Sarah! *stupidly happy goofy grin*

Sarah was awesome! It was just as awesome that she didn't stay on as Sam's love interest but still. And yeah, for me they'll always be Sam and Dean, no matter what else happens. I can't really see them separate after all that's happened between the pilot and now. Thanks for commenting!
