It is amazing how those can apply to the "biggie" I had in 2004, two miscarriages in a row. I so desperately don't want those babies' lives to be wasted. I want something to come of them...to give glory to God. I could relate to this. I considered my babies to be gifts from God, even if I only had them for 5 weeks...or 16 weeks, or if they were born to me and I got to raise them. I considered my grief to be a gift. I was honoring God's creation by grieving the time I would be seperated from my babies. I also considered it a gift to know I had babies waiting for me in heaven. Miscarriage is hard (maybe not as hard as cancer, I don't know). I just know that God meant it for good for me...somehow.
