You are a babe....... you are foxy......

You will be magnificent in your audition. Don't look at it as you are trying to match some kind of physical requirement for a role. Look at it as you are trying to get inside the mind of Helen, not neccesarily her body. All of us who have known you - know that you like to dive into our inner pysches and figure us out. So just do the same with Helen, and it will all work out. You are talented enough, and when you take the stage, they won't see a beautiful 'big girl' on stage..... they will simply see a beautiful girl. Period. The same beautiful girl that the rest of know and love.

Thank you. I understand what you are saying and appreciate those beautiful things you wrote. I'm also glad you wrote that because it illustrated my point exactly. The things we say to ourselves are not fair. You get frustrated and upset when someone you love thinks terrible things about themselves. And yet, we don't hold the same standards for what we say to ourselves
