• All icons must be submitted by 8pm US Central on September 7th. If your icon is not posted by this point you will be disqualified.
• Icons must be usable for livejournal - nothing more than 100x100 pixels or 40kb will be accepted.

The way Yachiru directed us to do this is put up the three icons voted out, along with the count. Then there will be a voting tally where everyone can see if his or her icon got a negative vote or a vote for favorite.
