I might be being overly cynical, but it looks to me like the whole entry is a joke and the real problem is the car. Maybe you love your car more than your girlfriend. It's been known to happen.

That said, if the rest of it is true, I'm gonna bet she's cheating on you. Call her on it and wait for dodgy eyes.
