feeling miserable...
i seem to have just a combo of not so major things going on that, combined, make me feel bleh:- had geoff's cold. i am still stuffed up in my sinuses even though my nose is clear (you can hear it)

coeliac update
after my usual initial freakout *insert rolling eyes here* i was able to calm down and get somewhere. I'll do one big supermarket shop a month for specific gluten free products - pasta, crackers, bread etc and then some baking in between. i'm not sure if the fact rory doesn't have a sweet tooth makes it easier or harder... should i keep buying GF ( Read more... ) -
