so I've been trying to get home for the last almost two hours. I work 15 miles from here. We are having a storm that rivals any that I've weathered in Northern Maine. The difference is that here...well, they have a thing about not plowing the roads. Except, see, a foot of snow has fallen in the last 5 hours. It's insane! But...no plows. Not one. I

Good Luck getting home. It is actually about 45 degrees and rainy here. No snow- never any snow for Christmas.

it's pretty amazing. We went for a walk to the grocery store this morning...it's amazing how snow makes people happy and silly. Everyone here has a snow day today and full grown adults were behaving like they were having a snow day from school. I'ts wonderful to see people behaving like children.

It's so peaceful here.
