I've tried quite hard not to use this journal for ranting and raving, but it's gotten to the point where I need to vent my frustration somewhere - as it wouldn't be fair to release it all at some poor soul who's agreed to listen.

I'm overwhelmed by the fact that every time something good happens it has to be counteracted with something bad.
