"La Complainte de la Butte" by Rufus Wainwright. It's in the newer version of 'Moulin Rouge' and everytime i hear it i picture you sitting in some fantastic cafe in Paris drinking wine. :o)

Out of all the places I've been, I'd probably want to retire to the South of France - I love the countryside, the people, the food. But I have many places yet to visit, so the answer may well change!!!
