nick i am going to copy a psa that i recently put over the air to send to state for my daio class. ok here it is..

I am HEALTHY
and i plan to stay that way.
Thats why i dont drink alcohol, SMOKE CIGARETTES, of do drugs. I can run fast and jump high without losing my breath. I can do everything my body was intended to do. I inhale fresh air instead of STALE SMOKE.

I hope to do well in school, sports, dance, or other things i enjoy. I need energy to do these activities. Thats why im living my life drug free.
