Hi, Meghan! As you can see, this community is a bit dead as well xD The brazilian lolita community was more active inside the orkut network, but now there's a quite active forum too: http://modalolita.forumeiro.com
Some girls there can speak English, but naturally Portuguese is the official language... so it'll be difficult to participate there posting in English, but do take a look :)

I wonder if you moved already? I´m not sure if there are many lolis at Vitória, but we´ll be glad to having you around. :)
