Jaya, I saw my Gurudev again after 6 months on Wednesday:) It was so special, you can't imagine. He was in Tallinn from 10 to 6 only, but that was ok. Only 5 Godsisters plus myself came to see him, so the time went on darshans and in the end he gave a small lecture as well ( Read more... )

Wow, I am so happy the visit of your Guru gave you such a nice boost.
At the festival in Germany, there were also classes by senior devotees about leading your own life and dealing with guilt and stuff. It was really nice. In our sanga there is a big wave of becoming honest individuals with our own habits and how to deal with them without feeling guilty. It seems things are becoming much more mature and much less culty. :-)

So will Karuna move with you to the new apartment?

Exactly - this is the tendency in ISKCON also... it's not very prevailing yet, but it's coming.

I'm not sure how things will work out. I don't think it's very intelligent to take a bank loan for an apartment at the moment... I also have my master studies you know, so I can't work full time. Everything's a mess money wise. I have to think things over carefully before doing anything radical. And I don't know about Karuna either.

Yes, they are lovely. I espescially love the one about Prabhupada.

Karuna's unloading cucumbers from trucks, but that is only a one-month job.
