[Nox seems surprised to hear the child's name called out so suddenly, He'll turn to face the newcomer... No snakes on the arms, not the mother.. But perhaps they know something.]

[ ... Crona doesn't recognize her. Biting her lip and swallowing the sudden sadness, she looks at Nox. ]

Yes! He's a friend of mine. ... it doesn't look like he knows who I am right now, though. [ she looks pretty dejected. ] Where did you find him? ... and why is he all wrapped up like that?

[Wow that is a strange sight to behold. Normally he wouldn't be sure if he should interfere or not, but he KNOWS this guy. Or well-- the Hulk does. And the fact that he threatened people still didn't exactly make him the kind of person who should be caring for a child.]

Taking care of this child until we find their mother.. Is there a problem with that? Or do you perhaps know the child.

...did you wrap that kid in bandages? [He tries not to be too loud since he could see it's upseting the child but still. He's not sure this is the best guy for him to be around.]

I'm not hurt.. [Mostly. He has a cut on his arm, but that's probably not the best reason why he's being fully bandaged, is it?]

Then what's with the bandages? [He eyes Crona's companion a bit warily. Forgive him if he thinks Nox isn't the friendliest-looking guy ever.]

[How odd. For a few moments Cerule watches from a bench as the two pass by. Confused and intrigued she leaves her perch for people-watching and follows along to observe further. The girl keeps a fair distance, but it's obvious she's following them.]

[It's been a little over a week since he came to Luceti, and he was coping--he was even getting used to the wings. That afternoon, Kid decided to take a walk around the village in order to acquaint himself with the different shops and such.

The first thing he notices is the robot walking by. That was unusual, even for someone who was close pals with a zombie.

He was about to shrug and continue moving; then his eyes happen to drop to the smaller person next to it. The recognition wasn't immediate, but something about the child gives Kid a weird feeling. Like his brain was trying to chain something together, but was missing an important link. He goes over their appearance: there was a mess of pink hair, and for some reason they were wrapped in bandages like a late Halloween costume. Nothing was significant there, but...

The sword.

He stops immediately and turns, his fingers curling inside his pockets.]

Wait.

[By reaction, Crona stops mid-step and...waits.

But asking for a little kid to wait too long without doing too much, is asking for to much, so if you care to notice. All that attention is at your hair, and maybe some random skulls every now and then.

[He's saying this more as a statement than a question, of course.]

[There's a lot he wants to say, has wanted to say since Crona vanished from Shibusen, but it doesn't take a genius to notice the look of incomprehension on his face...he doesn't even seem to know who he is. He frowns at this.] Did the Malnosso do this to you, Crona? What happened to you?
