So, when you have a birthday here, does it count or what? If I ever get home, can I update my iSpace page with a big one-seven?
Is there even anything cool about that? No. I didn't think so.

It's this totally hip social networking site where I have a profile. Mine's super cool. I had one when I was batgirl too.
I think I'll pass then.

It's like this cool thing where you put pics of yourself up and everyone tells you how awesome you are and how much they love you.
I'm not too big on it. I didn't celebrate it last year, either.

Maybe, but I don't really know.
...speaking of birthdays, Charlie-san, do you want to attend my concert? [Yes, she seriously said that.]

Huh. Well, it doesn't really matter anyway.
You're having a concert? Sure.

Why doesn't it matter? It's your birthday!
That's great!

Well, I mean, what's good about being 17? It's not like its one of those cool birthdays where you get to do something.

Nah, love, barbie. Barbecue if you're feeling posh. But yeah, snaggers and a few chops are ripper for a party.

I think you should celebrate, Miss, since at least it's something a little happy here.

Do you think so? I dunno, celebrating in this house is kindof weird.

I suppose it just seems a bit sad to let it pass without comment. It's something from home to be happy about, and not something that has to do with Mayfield.

I guess getting into rated R movies is something to celebrate.
