Hugging/Kissing/TouchyTouch: Suuuuure.
Fighting/Injuring/Killing: Yes/Yes/Nooope. I mean you could, but it probably wouldn't do anything. IDFK.
Using telepathy/mind reading: Just ask first~

HARUMI TO YOUR CHARACTER
Harumi is what many might call a fangirl. She thoroughly enjoys highly-explicit yaoi, and even draws doujinshi of a number of series. Needless to say, this means she's totally hip on a ton of anime/manga, so I need fourth walling permissions!
*Video Game Characters: Since I've never met anyone who watches anime/manga that's never played a video game, I'm going halfway on this one. If you want to give permission for a video game character, it's fine as long as they have some form of anime/manga attachment (even if they character specifically is not in it).
*If Harumi and your character interact and you haven't given permission but would like to later, I'll just say she's newly watching the anime/manga you gave me permission for. Voila, problem solved!
