[The first thing that comes into focus is a pokeball being tossed up and down in the air rather nonchalantly at an outdoor cafe of some kind. Behind hovers a guilty looking Haunter. Not that Silver notices or cares as he leans over, chin resting against hand with a self satisfied smirk.] So, now that latest idiocies are over with...

Guess who ends up on the bottom of this pile, kinda, just. Blinking for a moment before his brain kicks in and Silver's trying to get the upper hand here.] Get. Off!

[ N sits on him without any shame, struggling to keep him pinned down. If Silver gets too far up, N has no problems with slamming him back down. ]
We're going to have a talk.
[ By talk, he means he will be talking and Silver will be listening. ]

Have a knee to whatever he can hit, N. Also, he'll be yanking that hair rather brutally.] Get. Off Harmonia.

No. You are going to listen, you idiot! Before you torture more Pokemon. Before they turn on you!

How I train my property is none of your business. I've told you that before. Hmph. They wouldn't dare turn on their Master at any rate.

[ N all but snarls, baring his teeth at Silver. ]
Then you're an idiot. You know what it's like to feel weak, don't you? If you don't, I'll make you.
[ There is a dangerous glint in N's eyes. This is past anger into a near fanaticism. N is a broken, unhappy child, and he has been pushed too far. ]
When you feel weak, when you feel helpless, you feel fear. But it isn't just fear, is it? When you feel weak, you get angry. Even if you bottle it up, even if you don't show it.

He's not weak, and he refuses to admit that he might be. Refuses to admit any of the sort - anything that's linked with his father. That's what weakness is - and he's not like that. He's strong - and he's in the right, N's not --
He's not weak. Not ever!] How dare you even imply ---!
You don't know anything about me! GET OFF!
[Have another vicious knee to the back - Clearly, you hit a sore point, N.]

I know plenty from the way you treat your Pokemon.
[ He has to take a deep breath, but he will not stop. ]
That anger can fester for years. Fear can keep it trodden down. But only for so long. Do you know what happens, when they stop cowering? When a Pokemon lashes out?
[ N raises his free hand, but not to strike Silver. It is to let his ever present bangles to fall down his arm, revealing the thick scars circled around his wrist. ]
Do you know how weak we are, compared to them? How so very fragile and slow? Feraligatr could pick you up and shake you like a doll. He could crush every bone in your body. And it would only take a few precious seconds. Just one moment of disobedience.

[But mostly through fear, though Silver was only vaguely aware of that - he'd never really been taught that being more than semi-decent to your pokemon got you better resaults than behaving in a cruel and abusive manner, or even in just an uncaring manner. Pokemon were tools. Weapons. Humans the Masters.
He'd seen disobedient Pokemon before of course - mostly in cages, but they always listened to the Master in the end, always. (What Silver had not seen was what happened when said Pokemon turned on their trainer.) His Pokemon were no different, and he cracked down harshly on disobedience.] It knows what I'd do to it if it even dared. They all do. Even Br -- Sneasel.
[For a second an unreadable look crossed his face before it was squashed. He missed Bree, but -- N did not need to know about the Eevee back home in Viridian. No-one needed to ( ... )

Oh really? What happens, when you begin to bleed to death? Will your other Pokemon save you, then?
[ He leans in close, staring directly into Silver's eyes. ]
They are predators. They can smell when death is approaching. They know a fatal wound.
What happens when they smell it? It's so very quick, the way blood runs out of your body, the way you suddenly lose all ability to control yourself, the way you sink down to the ground, all of your strength seeping out of you. And then cold, nothing.
[ His voice is as chilly as his words. ]
Maybe it won't happen here. Maybe it won't be this team. Maybe it will be some wild Pokemon you are trying to bend to your will. Maybe it will happen when you return home, where the price of death isn't just a five-day absence, but a loss of everything. What will happen when your Pokemon realize ( ... )

As far as he knows and cares, N is just another bleeding heart who's trying to meddle in his affairs. Though, the fear shows - more in the way that Silver pales, abd how he narrows his eyes, the faint flickers of fear and the the anger. He's not weak - Death does not scare him.
Though Silver knows he's lying to himself.] You don't know anything about them or my methods of training. They are loyal and they would never turn on their Master. And if they did, then they'd turn on anyone else. Killing until they where put donw out of there misery like the stupid, direction-less things they'd be with out a Master.
All are loyal and would never turn on me, idiot. [Self delusion - Sneasel's only just loyal and Silver knows it.]
