Pretty much like any other festival really, only pokemon are involved and it goes for several days and often our myths are recited, or plays are done, stuff like that. Heh, it's stupid, but the most important part was the release of pokemon towards the forest carrying lanterns with spell-tags. It wards off the evil and malicious spirits, or something like that. [Try as he might be dismissive, it's kinda clear that Silver, for all he is a jackarse most of the time, does actually believe what he's saying.]
And then anyone over 16 can get as drink as a Stunky after that.
