Well...

Mary should talk to the co-worker first. If the co-worker tells her that the boss was out of line, Mary should tell the authorities about her boss. She may get fired yes, but Mary has to be a moral person, and if she doesnt tell, the boss will jsut continue this behavior because he hasnt been punished for it. The boss might even do this to Mary one day if he goes unchecked.

ummm. Mary should probably tell on the Boss, but find out if the co-worker is going out with the boss or not, because they might be together secretly. ahahahahah So she should first ask and make sure before she jeopardizes her job.

Mary should get irrefutable evidence of the molestation. then she should talk to her coworker about what she saw and find out what the coworker thinks. But.. even if the coworker doesn't want anyone to know.. mary should sue the guy for harassment. if she has a tape or pictures or something, she can sue Sherman because that's the only way the coworker can retain her dignity. If Mary does nothing about this, Sherman will do it over and over, and disgusting actions like that are completely unforgiveable. Mary has a responsibility to report what she saw, so people in this world who are like that can be taught a lesson.
