I've a few verses passed to me by the 3 most important women in my life: my sister, Mom and Grandmother. I say one, sometimes all 3, over and over to myself when times are rough for me. They are so true you quickly and easily convince yourself to hang around and you're able to with more ease tolerate whatever the hell it IS, quickly becoming WAS, making you FEEL so f*cked up...you may have even heard them before-use them!

Sister-sliiiightly religious: "This too shall pass."
Mom: "You WILL NOT feel this way FOREVER."
Grandmother-very religious: "The Big Guy won't put anymore on us than we can handle. What doesn't break us, makes us stronger."

You probably will not even remember this point in your life at some point in your life. Just keep plugging along with your head on straight and it will all work itself out in the end. I promise.
