So when you want to use the bread machine to make the dough but you want to bake the loaf in your oven how would you adjust the recipe? I don't know how I'd begin to guess on baking time and temp if I'm not told specifically what to do. :P

My machine beeps at me before the bake cycle begins. You might want to read through your user manual (and you might be able to download a PDF replacement manual if you supply the manufacturer with your unit's serial number).

I just look up a recipe for oven-baking a similar bread and use that time/temp as a baseline.
