ahhh, bess, you just elucidated every reason i have for my love of running! well, not EVERY reason because there are a load of reasons i love running. but i think it truely is one of the best possible things that you can do for yourself. i go in and out of various stages of running freakness (not a word!). but this past month unfortunately, i haven't been a dedicated runner. boo. but your entry has just reminded me how much i love running and how i must start my addiction again!! last year during my spring-which-was-hell, i woke up before school at 5:00 or 5:30 and went running because i didn't have time after school. i could talk about running for hours but i have to gooooooo!
wow...i give you SO much credit for waking up that early and running! it really is a fantastic way to lift your spirits and stay i shape; i feel very lucky that i was introduced to it. this fall must be prety crazy for you, Chloe, but even a little 20-minute run could improve your outlook on the day. when i don't run for a few days, i find i get stressed out more easily. take care, and tell me how things go! :)
