These people never once cite a credible source!!! What is "Network 23"? And how did they come to obtain a top secret document written by Henry Kissinger (whom, although he looks like some sort of giant slug, would probably never devote himself to murdering Africans) I'm more suspicious about the government than just about anyone, and I almost bought the whole Pentagon conspiracy theory thing. But without "Network 23" citing some sort of credible source I simply have no reason to believe that they aren't making up every single word printed in that transcript.
