Okay. I think we both know canon-wise, what Break feels about Vincent. He pretty much hates his guts with a raging passion, but for the sake of both working as Pandora agents, there isn't much that he can do about Vincent, other than be there to smile if/when he messes up.
As for in game however, I feel that Break's anger and hate of Vincent has grown to change almost into a malevolence towards him. Over the communication they've had so far, its safe to say Break is looking for a way of flushing the rat out permanently. Vincent has messed with Sharon one too many times now, Break won't be giving a warning as in his mind he's justified it as we're not at home any more, what happens in Sirens Port ... stays in Sirens Port so in other words, their already touchy relationship has soured, into Break actually fantasising about being able to kill Vincent, once and for all
