wow im really tired. worked kicked my ass today. i am feeling worse and worse each day. the main thing on my body that is killing me are my hands. i forgot how bad work kills them. im constently touching and around sheetrock and the dust dries hands out real bad. if you dont keep them moisturized then they dry out. and you know what happens? the
