His mind raced a mile a minute, from the soft feeling of her lips against his neck to her rough grip on his shoulders. He lit his cigarette and inhaled deeply letting the smoke fill his lungs. As the smoke curled out of his mouth he felt his whole body on edge. Something about honesty did something for him.

He was fairly certain that she never thought of him. She had too many people to fill her nights. Fuck it. He wasn’t going to sit around and think of Serena van der Woodson.

Not with her golden hair and ivory skin - not tonight at least.

Her lip was chewed raw. The blood was spilling over her hips while she touched her fingers to it. It was a nervous habit, one her mother warned her again and again not to do.

Why did she set herself up for disaster each and every damn time her mouth opened? Who was she trying to prove anything to by admitting to fucking Chuck Bass in the biology lab? Not herself, not Chuck.

Well, Gossip Girl got a kick out of it and finally released the “racy” pictures that weren’t even close to racy, mostly blurry and out of focus.

She hated Gossip Girl, she hated Chuck, and she hated whatever fucker decided it’d be funny to turn in those pictures. But mostly, she hated herself.

Her footsteps echoed behind her as she approached the school. She felt like someone was burning a hole through her body as she walked passed the court yard. She wanted more than anything for this day to be over.

Chuck’s eyes were on her immediately as she felt sick. Why did he have to stare at her that way? She just wanted to bolt towards the exit but before she could think twice his body blocked hers.

“Van der Woodson.” He cooed. “So brave you are.”

She turned her head to the side, avoiding his eyes, “What do you want, Chuck?”

He smirked slowly, his hand finding its way to her waist. “Well it’s simple really.” He said touching her waist. “You.”

She pushed his hands away. “You’re disgusting.”

He laughed, pushing hair away from her pale face. “Oh, Serena.” He muttered. “Yet you keep coming back for more.”

She snarled her nose at him. “Leave me alone.”

He smirked again, “I’ll see you in the bio room later.”

Nate Archibald watched Serena push Chuck away at a distance. What was this all about? Since when was Serena low enough to fuck Chuck Bass?

Serena van der Woodson was perfect, she would never … ever … fuck someone so lowly as Chuck, would she?

She couldn’t. She was lying to save face. It had to be that.

Blair was in a more than happy mood. Things with Nate were moving smoothly and Serena was occupied by Chuck for a majority of the hours in a day.

Sure, it wasn’t the best move to make, but she couldn’t really complain. Serena wasn’t unhappy. She was busy soaking up the attention Chuck’s disgusting behavior brought her. So maybe she was a little miserable, but everyone had to be at some point, right?

The cigarette crushed beneath his new Italian shoes. He blew the last strand of smoke out between his lips, and looked towards the school in front him. He couldn’t figure out what about Serena was making him so love sick, crazy. He had to stop this before he became Nate or something even beyond his worst nightmare. Disgusting. He watched as Serena walk out the doors and her eyes immediately fixate on him. She looked disgusted, as usual as she walked towards him, crossing her arms over her stomach.

“What?”

He shook his head. “I came to tell you I’m done.”

“…done?” she questioned quirking her brow.

“Done as in I don’t want you anymore.”

She huffed. “Is this some kind of reverse psychology? Because if it is, it’s not working.” She breathed stepping towards him.

He shook his head. “You think no one could possibly ever get tired of you. You held a certain fascination…before you were tainted, I forgot that you were.”

“Chuck..” she almost whimpered.
He looked away from her eyes and shook his head. “G’bye Serena.”
