Formal diet. ugh i know. but i have been feeling super enormous lately, so that's it. and if i want to fit into pretty dresses then i need to loose this chunk. so theres no more soda and all that crap. i really am gonna do it. i have been so lame lately, mostly taken naps and riding my horse. i need to get out more, but
