Today I went along to my parent's house for lunch as usual for a Sunday. Lunch today was tacos with mince, tomato, spring onions, grated cheese, mushrooms and salsa sauce. It was very nice. What is mince? Like mincemeat, which is nuts?

Over here, mince is ground-up meat, like the kind of meat you might have in spaghetti bolognese. Mincemeat is like the stuff you have in Christmas mince pies.

Only the English would put mushrooms in tacos :-) But I love mushrooms, so I might try that!
