Just a girl, the only girl I know who looks like this was... A female version of myself.

So...

[For all the understanding that Haruhi may go through, Keiichi doubts she would take being turned into his male self like this. And even if this was by some miracle Haruki returning "to normal", he doubts he would take it so silently. So this person isn't Haruhi, neither Haruki. And they know about him being a girl before, but doesn't know if this appearance is just that or someone he knows. So... people who were around when he was a girl and know he was such yet didn't know the exact appearance and would have a tie with Haruki in order to turn into him -at least he assumed there must be that sort of relation seeing Minato/Minako and himself-.]

It seems so. I understand people are changing form, but it seems to be confined to appearance. They don't seem to be affected too much otherwise.

[What's that, Keiichi's out and about checking in with friends? ...Well, Adell happens to be leaving his house to go on patrol. And he's been affected as well. Though his effect isn't... nearly as drastic as Keiichi's.

When Keiichi catches sight of him, Adell will be clad nearly head-to-toe in stylized full plate armor, polished to a mirror sheen. In fact, the armor almost looks magically clean. There's no helmet with the armor, so it's easy to tell who it is. Yes, Adell has been transformed; his love for heroics is on full display. Of course, it hasn't changed his mind or how it works.
